- guidance with health behaviours to improve and manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart health and gut issues by shifting the focus to wellbeing rather than weight change
- nutrition education on issues of family nutrition, from pregnancy advice to supporting your child’s early eating habits to meeting the varied nutritional needs of each family member
