I washed, halved lengthways, deseeded and roasted the spaghetti squash in a moderate oven for an hour. Then, using a fork, ‘fluffed’ up the strands. I kept it simple with a knob of butter and freshly cracked pepper. Delicious, different and fun. Happy weekend! pic.twitter.com/2PjHRABgQY
