With the simplicity of just two ingredients and a delicious flavour, you’re guaranteed to make it over and over again. No added salt, oil, sugar or artificial sweetener is needed, making it just pure, delicious nuttiness!Ingredients:

1 cup pecans (about 150g)
1 cup raw, unsalted cashews (about 100g)

Method:

1. Measure nuts and sprinkle on an oven tray.

2. Roast at 150C for 20-30 minutes.

3. Cool.

4. Mill in a food processor for 30 seconds or until a paste is formed.

5. Place in a bowl and use as a spread, as a dip, in smoothies, sauce or in porridge.

With 500+ steps it’s natural to feel overwhelmed about how we’ll ‘get there.’ Breathe. Breathe deeply. And take it one step at a time. pic.twitter.com/iWJnfag5VJ
